The United Way of Southwest New Mexico does have administrative expenses, though we are proud to report that administrative expenses represent only about 10% of the total annual budget and is much lower than many of the non-profit organizations in our area.

The Cornerstone Partnership Program is the back bone of the organization, providing the necessary funds for day to day operations and administrative expenses. A fully funded Cornerstone Partnership Program makes it possible for 100% of donated funds to be applied directly to the programs and services that build better lives and a better community.

Your partnership will not only provide the necessary funds to cover the administrative costs incurred through the day-to-day operations required for the United Way of Southwest New Mexico to continue to serve our community as the hub for all community programs and services, it will also include a fully-integrated package of primary benefits designed to meet your marketing objectives.

There are five types of benefits available to our Cornerstone Partners:

Special Event - those benefits which are directly related to the events hosted by UWSWNM to raise awareness about the benefits to all of building a stronger community by focusing on the building blocks of a better life.

Promotional Media - those benefits derived from inclusion in local media promoting UWSWNM and it's mission including print and television. On-Site

Marketing - those benefits that provide a venue for signage and face-to-face interaction with individuals and businesses in southwest New Mexico.

Integrated Branding - those benefits which promote your business' commitment to the community by aligning your brand with UWSWNM with placement of your ID (name/logo) on brochures, flyers, letterhead and more.

Demonstrated Partnership- those benefits that provide first hand partnership with UWSWNM keeping you up to date with business and finances as well as opportunities to directly influence direction and goals for the future.
